Cumbre Pizza, located in Mercat Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires, is not just another pizzeria. It stands out with its Neapolitan-inspired, oval/rectangular pizzas made from a blend of 70% type 000 and 30% whole grain organic flour. Its branding is as unique as its pizzas, featuring eye-catching illustrations and vibrant colors.

My role: As a co-owner of Cumbre Pizza, I was responsible for building the brand and business operations from the ground up. My role encompassed everything but the actual cooking – from designing the distinctive branding to managing employees, negotiating with food suppliers, handling accountability, conducting cost analysis, and overseeing communication strategies.

Challenges: The main challenges included differentiating in a competitive market to operating within a high inflation context with annual rates exceeding 100%.

Solutions: We created a distinct brand identity that resonated with our target audience and developed a robust financial strategy to safeguard funds against rapid devaluation.

Impact: Cumbre Pizza quickly became known for its unique pizzas and stand out branding, attracting a loyal customer base. The project's success led to the sale of Cumbre Pizza to one of the biggest Argentine pizza chains.
