QuickContent: SEO Content Creation and Management Platform

QuickContent is a platform that facilitates freelance writers to claim, create, and submit SEO-optimized articles. Following the structure generated with our proprietary platform SmartOutlines, it included an article outline builder, a plagiarism checker, and an automated structure checking system upon submission.

My role: I oversaw the development of the platform, from the ideation of the article builder tool to the implementation of a workflow system for freelancers. This included the decision-making process for feature inclusion, such as the plagiarism checker and email alert system for article status updates.

Challenges: Creating a seamless interface that integrated complex SEO guidelines, provided real-time structure validation, and maintained a high standard of originality in submissions.

Solutions: We developed a user-friendly portal where freelancers could efficiently manage their tasks. The platform automated SEO structure compliance, incorporated a plagiarism detection feature, and established a communication system via email alerts.

Impact: The platform markedly improved our content creation workflow, doubling the weekly production of articles. By optimizing the process, freelancers could produce content at an accelerated rate, resulting in a significant increase in output without compromising the SEO quality of the articles.
