DecisionMate: Enhanced Survey Builder

Revitalized DecisionMate, a survey platform designed for pre-launch media content testing. The project's goal was to revamp the service for better user engagement and data-driven insights.

My role: Tasked with the product's turnaround, I conducted extensive market research, identified unique selling points, benchmarked against competitors, and reevaluated pricing and user segmentation strategies.

Challenges: Reviving a platform with declining usership by enhancing functionality, user experience, and implementing a robust analytics framework.

Solutions: Enhanced the user experience in survey creation, introduced a variety of question types, and significantly upgraded the analytics and dashboard capabilities. Implemented a comprehensive RBAC system to streamline team and research management.
