Propulsorio: Fostering News Product Management in Latin America
Propulsorio is an initiative aimed at fostering Product Management talent in digital media across Latin America. It serves as a step-by-step guide to understanding the role of Product in media, bridging journalism, design, technology, and business. It focuses on creating sustainable journalistic organizations by addressing the needs and problems of the communities they serve.
My role: As a co-founder, I was instrumental in conceptualizing and developing Propulsorio. My responsibilities included overseeing the creation of an experiential learning journey that covers the entire product cycle, and coordinating with supporting organizations and individuals.

Impact: Propulsorio evolved into a comprehensive project under SembraMedia, supported by the independent media accelerator Velocidad. It has contributed to the development of ethical, audience-focused journalism in Latin America, promoting engaged citizenship, diversity and democracy.
